Do I need to be a healthcare professional to buy at ultimatebracing.ca?

No. At ultimatebracing.ca all of our orthopaedic products and therapy supplies are available for sale directly to the public.

Can I set up a wholesale account?

Yes. If you are interested in setting up a wholesale account simply complete the information required on the ‘Create an account’ form. Once the form has been reviewed and approved, you will be contacted by an Ultimate Bracing representative.

Are these products covered by my health insurance?

Most private insurance plans cover the cost of orthopaedic braces. Check your plan to find out if you are covered. Ultimate Bracing will provide you with a receipt of payment upon completion of a product order however any other documentation required by the insurance company will be your responsibility.

Where are you located?

Ultimate Bracing & Clinic Supplies is an online store. Our products are categorized by injury, activity, body part and product brand. All of our items contain thorough product descriptions and manufacturer size charts. If you are unable to find the item that you are looking for please contact info@ultimatebracing.ca and someone will gladly help you find the product that you’re looking for.

Do you ship to the US?

No. At this time Ultimate Bracing & Clinic Supplies ships within Canada only. We do not currently ship to international destinations.

I’m having problems placing my order, who do I contact for help?

If you are experiencing technical difficulties on our site, please do not resubmit your order. Contact our customer service department immediately at info@ultimatebracing.ca and someone will assist you.

What if I have questions about a healthcare product?

Our customer service representatives will gladly answer any questions you may have about a particular product or brace. If however you are unsure of what product to choose, please consult a healthcare provider such as a sports medicine physician, physiotherapist or chiropractor before placing an order.

Can I change my order?

When you place an order with Ultimate Bracing & Clinic Supplies we work quickly to ensure your product is delivered within our specified shipping time frames. If you wish to cancel your order once it has already been placed, simply login to your account and make the cancellation. If the item has already been processed and shipped, a cancellation through your account cannot occur. In this case, follow the steps noted in the refund/exchange policy once you’ve received the order. Shipping charges are non-refundable

Please check your order information carefully before clicking place order. We are unable to add items or increase the quantity of items on an order that has already been submitted. If you would like to add new items to your order or increase the quantity of the items you've purchased, please place a new order.

What is Ultimate Bracing’s return/exchange policy?

Most items sold by Ultimate Bracing & Clinical Supplies can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

For items that are returned, there is a 15% restocking fee when you are refunded. For items that are exchanged for another product, the restocking fee is waived. You will simply be responsible for the shipping fees and the price difference between items if applicable.

How can I return or exchange a product?

  • Be sure that you are within the 30 day window to process your return
  • Check to make sure your item is not on the non-returnable and/or non-refundable list.
  • Send an email to info@ultimatebracing.ca with the following information:
    • Order/Invoice #
    • Billing First Name, Billing Last Name
    • Email Address
    • Contact Phone Number
    • Specific product to return
    • Reason for return
  • An Ultimate Bracing representative will contact you
